Shoe is great except padding on heal descended down into stitching and is pretty annoying-any chance at discount on future shoes or replacement?

There was a mailing error that got corrected so I never got the silos. Instead I went to a shop and they had the one nine 7s and I love them most comfortable skate shoe and super durable. It's my 3rd pair and I recommend them to everyone

picked this shoe up cuz it was on sale and was wanting an everyday shoe did not expect to love it as much as i did
im really picky about shoes and this made the cut
