Purchases made on éS Skateboarding Website can only be returned via our online return process, here: RETURN FORM

We’re here to make your return experience as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:
a) Select the item(s) you wish to return or report under warranty.
b) Choose the reason for the return.
c) Accept the terms and submit the form.
After your submission is reviewed and approved by our team:
If you're located in most European countries (excluding the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland), you'll receive a prepaid return label on your email.
a) A return/restock fee of €16 (to cover shipping and taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
b) If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return costs completely and provide a free label.
If you're in the UK, Netherlands, or Switzerland, you will receive the return address and RMA number and need to arrange your own shipping.
a) No deduction will be made from your refund.

Once approved, the process is the same as above in terms of shipping.
a)Drop the package off at a FedEx Pick-Up Point, you can find your nearest pick up point here: Find FedEx locations.
b) Schedule a home pickup here (make sure you are on the website of your country): wait for the carrier to collect the package from your address, make sure someone is home at the scheduled time.
Once the package is in transit, both you and our team will receive a tracking number for updates.
Important: Please send us the tracking number of your return so we can speed up the refund process.
Once your return is in transit, you'll receive:
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once the return arrives at our warehouse.
If there are any issues (e.g. wrong items returned or damage), we’ll contact you via email.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been successfully processed.
