Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options and costs ?
After your order is received, we will start processing it immediately and the order will be shipped the next working day from our warehouse in France. All our packages are shipped via FedEx for European Union and United Kingdom or DPD for Switzerland and delivered Monday through Friday.
Depending on your shipping address, you can expect your products to be delivered to you earliest the next day, up to several days.
Shipping within the European Union and United Kingdom or Switzerland is free for orders over EUR €100, otherwise orders are subject to the standard rates below.

Pro Community Shipping
Customers with an approved Pro Community account benefit from a flat shipping rate regardless of order total. Pro Community status is granted by éS Skateboarding and applied to the customer's account. Rates apply across all shipping zones:

Shipping costs are based on your order subtotal before taxes and discounts. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Countries we ship to...
We currently ship directly to addresses in the UK, European Union and Switzerland. Unfortunately the Channel Islands, Norway, Malta, Madeira, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, La Reunion Islands and Mayotte) and the Canary Islands are outside our shipping region. We do not ship to any countries outside the available site regions, though we hope to offer this in the future.
Processing and delivery
Our orders are shipped daily via FedEx or DPD. Approximate transit times from when your order ships out of our warehouse to delivery in your region can be found in the tracking information.
Can I track my order ?
Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as you order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment here. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the FedEx or DPD website.
Be careful when entering your delivery address! If your order cannot be delivered it will be sent back to our warehouse.
Other common questions
What happens if I am not at home during delivery? If you are not home to receive your package, FedEx will make a second delivery attempt. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email or SMS notifying you when the second attempt will be made.
Package shows delivered but not received? Wait 72 hours, then file a claim with the carrier and contact us with your case number.
Order on hold? This may be a fraud prevention check. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses match to avoid delays.
Customs & duties: All prices include applicable VAT. No additional customs fees apply within the EU.
Can I ship my order to a military address or P.O. Box? Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to military address or PO boxes, our apologies.
