Accel: The Anchor; Since 1995
Designed by Pierre André in 1995 as the anchor of the brand, the Accel was meant to be the solid, simple, go-to skate shoe that everything else could orbit around. Every line was considered - balanced tread, triple-stitched toe, architectural mid-panel and the perfect puffy tongue - built to last and to skate.

I am a 10.5 in every shoe on earth. (Which makes it easy to buy shoes online.) These definitely run about a quarter size small.Was super excited for these. I've only had a couple sessions and am really hoping when they break-in they stretch a lil in length. Even tied up well, my big toe was hitting the front. Lil sad. Great shoe. Not totally true to size.
Very comfortable shoe! I love it. It's true to size, but i ordered a half size bigger because i expected it to be narrower.

It was like traveling back in time and feeling 17 again. That's how old I was when I first put on the Es Accel. The board feel was so good and my flicks were quick. The Accel is truly a timeless classic that will never fade. Heros get remembered, but legends never die.
The last time I skated was in 2003. I was buying a board for my daughter and just had to get one too. Vans worked just fine until I wanted to relearn kickflips. I had a hole in my shoe before I landed my first one. So I searched for a better shoe and found the Accel had just come back. I landed my first kickflip in 23 years the first day I got them and many more since and still no hole. Thank you és for turning my midlife crisis into a midlife success story!

These are so easy to break in it took me like 4-5 days. I recommend walking on a treadmill at a decent speed to get them broken in. Nice board feel and flick. I wasn’t too sure if I should get these or my usual ACCEL OGS but these weren’t so different. These 1995s are less puffier though, which is why the OGs are the puffier ones (OGS will get roomier so I use thicker socks. I would pick ACCEL 1995s for skatepark and ACCEL OG for streets. They’re both good in either areas tho.

So good…. I bought 2pairs! The pink is perfect light bad **** pink. I already had the Tom P’s no stitch and knew I wanted more! Got the tan… and 3 others as gifts! About to buy one more too!!! They fit true to size and are dope old school style! Well made, easy to clean with a water wipe(works on everything) and so comfortable! Couldn’t be more stoked. Thanks ES!

Its so cushiony or lovely inside, the outer suede seems durable (had one short session with them so far and not a scratch). Just wish the toe box was a tiny bit larger and it would be perfect!!

Some people say you should pick a bigger size but for me it was exactly normal. First I ordered size 9 and 10 and I realized I want something between so 9.5 (EU 42.5) is my normal size also and it's perfect. Maybe tighter just in the beginning? Idk but I'm very happy <3

éS has delivered once again with the timeless design of the Accel. This time in what has become one of my favorite colorways. The wheat color nubuck give this pair a rugged look while keeping it's versatile, functional and comfortable design. Bravo éS 👌🏽
I got so stoked when I heard the brought back the classic Accel! I have been skating the Accel OG, which was the best shoes I could find for me after trying NB, DC and Vans. I order the the Penny and copper colorways and these shoes are absolutely hands down the best shoes I have had. They totally improved the shoe in everyway. The insoles are absolutely a huge improvement over the Accel OG. I could tell right away just by how comfortable they felt. These are my shoes, no other brand comes close! Shout out to the és team and Kelly Hart for bringing back the king! Please keep these dope colorways coming!!
Fit is perfect, the insoles that come with the shoes are like walking on clouds. Hella comfortable, great board feel and flick. Highly recommended any èS shoes. 🤘🏽⬛️🟩🤘🏽 I will be back for another pair ⬛️🟩
The reworked accel (that is intended to be more true to the original accel from ‘95) is fantastic. — THANK YOU KELLY HART!!! Great quality, comfortable, exactly what you’d expect. Excited to skate these for a long time to come. Looking forward to more colors. I would say that they fit true to size but slightly smaller. I always get an 11 since I have a wide foot and these feel like a comfy fit but not as long as other shoes, so you may need a half size up. But they’re awesome and I am so happy this shoe is, “back”. Looking forward to more colorways!

As they are designed with a medium-width profile, most éS shoes fit true to size with a classic skate fit-secure in the heel with room for natural movement in the forefoot. Models like the Accel and Swift are built on legacy éS lasts, while newer silhouettes may feel more streamlined. If you prefer a tighter performance fit, you can size down ½ size.
