The bottom shows that it has a brand label, but the one they sent me doesn't, and it looks like low quality.

Great quality, nostalgic, but color is off.

Great quality, super soft interior fleece and durable outer knit, nostalgic as well, but color is not as it appears on the website. It's a much lighter hue of grey than shown.

This hoodie isn’t as it seems. It is extremely thin and not a heavyweight pull over hoodie. The es Script hoodies are heavyweight and cozy. I love the brand and the company so I will continue to wear it anyway, but I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a more heavy weighted cozy hoodie go for the script one instead of these.

The overall fit of the hoodie is good. I ordered a medium and the only bad things I can say are that the hoodie is alittle small and when worn it pulls the hoodie up off your waistline that and the sleeves could be a tad longer but it’s an awesome hoodie either way

Absolutely love my hoody and the shoes I got! Just have one small thing that hurts my heart… I wanna put a lil es sticker on my board under my wheel 😭 😭 Remember when shoes came with an extra set of laces a sticker and a keychain? Can we just at least get a sticker back 🙏

It's cool

The only problem is the logo is shiny gold print not a regular yellow print, the website shows it looks like a regular yellow print logo. So it thru me off a little, I wasn't expecting a shiny gold reflecting logo print lol. But over all the hoodie is good quality and cool. Thank you 👍

01 What if my éS apparel is defective; do you offer warranty?

Yes - all products purchased from esskateboarding.com are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects.

02 What is the éS apparel return policy; can I exchange sizes?

United States store: unused items can be returned within 30 days; exchanges are not supported; United States domestic returns are free of charges, while international orders are responsible for return costs; items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags; outbound shipping is not part of the refund; no refunds for price differences once a sale starts ; items on sale are non-refundable. Europe store: returns must go through the online return form ; in most European countries a prepaid label is provided but a €16 return or restock fee is deducted; in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland you arrange shipping yourself. 

03 How long does shipping take for éS apparel orders, and when is shipping free?

Shipping depends on the store region you are ordering from. United States store: free ground shipping over $75; ground delivery can take from 3 to 10 business days; orders typically ship in 1 to 2 business days; tracking is emailed and can take up to 72 hours to update; orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed; no shipping to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.  Europe store: ships the next working day from a warehouse in France; free shipping over €100 within the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland; ships via FedEx for EU and UK and DPD for Switzerland; only ships within those regions; no military addresses or P.O. boxes.

04 How do I wash and care for éS apparel?

Follow the care label first. For tees and fleece: wash cold, turn inside out, go easy on heat to keep prints and shape crisp; for denim: wash less often and avoid high heat drying if you want the fit to stay consistent.

05 What are éS jeans and denim pants like?

The Baggy Denim Pant is made of 100% cotton 12.5 oz denim with a perfect baggy fit, medium weight denim, 5 pocket construction, and an embroidered front pocket logo. 

06 What are éS hoodies and pullovers made from?

Fabric depends on the model; always check the product page for the exact blend. For example: the Main Block Pullover is made of 80/20 cotton/poly fabric. 

07 What are éS T shirts made from?

Fabric can vary from one model to another. For example: the Script Tee is made from 100% cotton 5.1 oz jersey with a rib collar, shoulder to shoulder taping, double needle hems, an éS woven clamp label, and a logo screenprint. 

08 What size should I buy in éS clothing and how do I measure?

Start with chest and waist; then match your numbers to the Tops size chart. For example: size M corresponds to a chest measurement of 93 to 101 cm and waist 81 to 86 cm; if you are between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a cleaner fit.

09 How does éS apparel fit; are the tees, hoodies, and pullovers true to size?

Fit depends on the piece; use the size chart for Tops and size up if you are between sizes. For bottoms, the denim pants are true to size and feature a nice baggy fit.

10 What is included in the éS Skateboarding apparel collection?
